Closed from September 1st, 2012 due to clean-up operations.
This hall displays the palaeontology of some organisms as well as the evolutionary history of individual groups of animal. Among other things, you can see how plants conquered dry land and look at a giant armadillo.
Ichthyosaur
Ichthyosaurs were predators whose stream-lined body shapes were extremely well adapted to life in the sea. However, unlike their reptile predecessors, they were unable to lay eggs on land, but gave birth to their young.
