Building work on the Invalidenstraße

From June 2011 onwards, the Invalidenstraße will be restructured and upon its completion in 2015 tram lines will extend from Nordbahnhof to the main central station (Hauptbahnhof).

This building work involves substantial placements of new cables and other supply lines.
During this building work, pedestrians can use both sides of the Invalidenstraße.

Access to the Museum für Naturkunde will be available at all times.

Bus lines 120, 123, 142, 147, 245, N20 and N40 will continue to use the Invalidenstraße, or its planned diversions. In areas of building there may be temporary changes in the position of bus stops as the work progresses. The underground train line U6 will not be affected by the building work. When visiting the museum, please use the public transport mentioned above since, other than disabled parking spaces, there are no public car parks available at the museum itself.
